I used it once when I couldn’t get in to see my usual GP. In my opinion, the consultation fee felt a little high for how quick the appointment was, though I suppose you’re mainly paying for the convenience. It did what I needed and saved me from waiting around, but I personally wish the pricing had been clearer before I clicked through. Overall, it was fine, not bad, but not amazing either.
